Long Legal Issue Between Hangeng & Sm Entertainment is Finally Settled

It has been revealed that Super Junior's former member Hangeng (Hankyung) and Sm Entertainment  have finally come to an agreement.  On September 27th representatives from both side stated saying "Hangeng and Sm Have amicably settled on a mutual agreement, and the lawsuit was able to come to a close after Hangeng submitted his 'noticed of withdrawal of Appeal'."

They went on "For the time being, Hangeng will continue to be active in China, and plans regarding his activities  in Korea have not yet been decided.  Please understand that according to the settlement, we cannot release anymore details about the case."

It is still unknown weather Hangeng will return as an active member of Super Junior.

"World Star" Rain Performed Last Concert in Seoul

The world famed singer/actor said  farewell to his fans on September 24th and 25th as he performed his last concert for 10,000 fans before his enlistment in the military.   He ended his 2 hour and 40 minute concert singing 'Instead of saying Goodbye' to his fans.  Before taking his leave he stated "I thank everyone who made it to this concert.  Today's show is a little different form my usual shows.  I originally wanted to show you my hair dyed in a different color, but I didn't do it because my hair is precious to me!"  He left a big imprint on the world that will be waiting for him after his two year enlistment.

Sunny and Hyoyeon's Teaser Photos!

SM Entertainment has releases two more teaser photos for the conquering girl group SNSD.  Sunny and Hyoyeon display a heavy air of elegance as they pose in their fairytale type outfits, fans are trying to piece together what the concept of the new album "The Boys" will be.  Some think its an underlying fairytale theme from Taeyeon's princess style dress and her holding an apple, to Sunny's red hood that is similar to Red Riding Hood's.  Check out the photos and tell us what you think!

Super Junior's Hangeng (Hankyung) Withdrawn Lawsuit

Super Junior's Hangeng, also known as Hankyung, has withdrawn his lawsuit against SM Entertainment that was filed in 2009. The lawsuit was filed from him arguing that the company had him working under exhausting conditions and the the contract's 13 years was unlawful.  The court ruled in his appeal in 2010, but on September 21st he submitted a request to retract the lawsuit and it was approved the 25th.

"Hangeng has acknowledged the exclusive contract and has withdrawn his lawsuit," SM Entertainment stated.  "He will remain in China with specialized promotions for the time being."

He will be continuing his contract with SM Entertainment, but it was not mentioned if Hangeng will be returning as part of Super Junior.

SNSD Comeback Date and Taeyeon's Concept Photo!

SNSD's new comeback album "The Boys"will hit store shelves October 5th!  This album is notable for being composed by Teddy Riley, who has worked with Micheal Jackson, and more recently Rania for "Dr. Feel Good".  The music video will be released in both English and Korean. 

The "kid leader" Taeyeon's teaser picture shows  sheer elegant and serine air about her.  Be sure to check out the album when it hits stores!
