The PSY Wave

Alright, since last I posted there has been a lot ( A LOT) of kpop stuff going on in America. Popular YG rapper PSY has taken the world by storm with his infamous Gangnam Style. But to a lot of hard core kpop fans (such as myself and probably a lot of you readers out there) are growing tired of hearing people pronouncing the most simple words in the song, for example: "Oppan Gangnam Style!" Or "Oppa Gang-nem Style!" (-_-") or when some people post on G Dragon's "Crayon" MV saying foolishness such as "He's just trying to copy PSY because he's jealous!" Person pleez, go slap yourself( FYI, PSY and G Dragon are both from the same record label called YG Entertainment). Now, don't get me wrong, the song is super cool and fun to dance and sing along to; but it's going on over kill. Sadly, it's the macerana ( idk if I spelled that right) of 2012. Even PSY himself said he was kind of getting tired of the song. What could be any worse than fake kpop fans and an over blown, music biased media? The fact that PSY signed with Justin Beiber's record company! Of all the people he could have signed with. *sigh* and of course, it's eventually gonna die down, but then people are gonna be "over kpop" and will not have even given any other kpop artist or group a chance. To a lot of Americans kpop is generalized with PSY. I haven't seen many doors opened for kpop here yet by PSY, only the few concerts held by the record companies in only the big cities (NY, LA, etc...). So please, if you are a PSY fan, but you have no idea about any other kpop group or artist out the in the great, colorful world of KPOP, I beg you...look up some groups. I know you'll love at least one. I'll even give you a head start. Check out these great groups: BIGBANG, 2NE1, Super Junior, B.A.P, Sunny Hill, KARA, Block B, Girls Generation (SNSD), Lee Hi, and tons more! Now go on YouTube and watch. All of them. Now.

New post!...Finally...

Alright, so I haven't posted In a long, long time. But, thought I'd start with a awesome edit I did of the totally awesome rookie group B.A.P. I <3 these boys and their super awesome talent sooo much! (*cough* especially Zelo, Bang Yongguk, and Daehyun * cough*) so here's a shout out to them and all their hard work this year.

New Feel

Hello all! I decided that this isn't going to be another Allkpop, or any other website like that. I've been too formal in this blog, and it's time I made it more about my likes. so, ON WITH THE SHOW! Starting off this new adventure with a Zelo sketch I recently did that I though was cute. XD

G Dragon Teaser Photos + NEWS

 Just recently YG released the teaser photos for BIGBANG's leader 'G-Dragon'.  The photos were released at an earlier time in the day than the other photos of members T.O.P, Daesung, Taeyang, and Seungri.  G-Dragon's photo is also different from the others; in one he is standing with a white background like the others, but he is covered in ice and looks as though he's been stuck outside in the snow for awhile.  Another is him sitting very intimidatingly in an ice throne giving viewers of the photo a cold stare.  Of course, his teaser for the song the other members were posed for had a face mask just like member T.O.P, Taeyang, and Daesung; the only one not with a face mask is the youngest of the group Seungri, whose photo had a medical gurney in the background.

 VIPs all over the globe are growing anxious for the long awaited comeback of BIGBANG on the 26th.  The group gave a big surprise to fans when news was released from YG that BIGBANG's title track(s) is not just one or two songs, but all seven songs are the title tracks to the new album.  The first title track "Blue" will be released earlier than the others on the 22nd.  Although fans are excited for the group's comeback, a lot of them have noted their concerns for the member's health since the news of the seven title tracks. BIGBANG promised to work hard to make up for the lost time on their last album, but fans are worried they'll over work themselves.  Let us know what you think.

Miss A Reveals Fei Teaser

 Girl Group Miss A has revealed the teaser photo for Fei and the third MV teaser for their new single "Touch".  She is showing a cold but powerful stare over a flower petal covered background that compliment her pure beauty.  You can see the teaser video HERE.

Naver At It Again + Seungri Teaser Photo

 The teaser for BigBang's Seungri was leaked on Naver today the same way Taeyang's was leaked yesterday.  The photo was officially released a few hours ago on YG's official blog and website.  Netizens were forbidding themselves to look at the photo until it was officially released through YG, they are also wondering (and hoping) that the fifth, and finally, teaser of BigBang's leader G-Dragon won't be leaked like the last two.

YG Taeyang Teaser Photo

  YG Released the teaser photo for BIGBANG's Taeyang, but it seems like Naver beat them to it by a few hours when the photo was accidentally uploaded on the website, netizens were claiming to "be in need of the face masks" the artists wear in the pictures.  They also pointed out that Taeyang's 'mohawk' was fairly longer than it has been in the past.  What do you think of the teaser photos YG has bee releasing?
